It was fairly user-friendly....too much to look at for the tour though. It wasn't so much hard to navigate, but it was difficult to find accurate information, based on multiple users posting info. An example of this is an Author's book titles being slightly wrong, so that when you are searching for an exact title, it wouldn't necessarily come up.
I believe that this is a good sight for those customers who miss "My List", however, I will not use it. I prefer to discuss my love of books and what next to read in person with my co-workers, friends etc. I also currently keep my own list and don't feel the need to transfer it to this public sight.
